What is Microfiber

Microfiber are mainly divided into Microfiber natural fibers and Microfibers synthetic fibers. Microfiber natural fibers mainly include animal fibers (spider silk, silk, leather, animal velvet, etc.), plant fibers, etc.; Microfibers synthetic fibers mainly include polyester, polyamide, polyacrylonitrile, polypropylene, polytetrafluoroethylene and glass. Fiber and other fiber varieties, the two largest outputs in the industry are polyester and polyamide microfibers.

The most notable feature of Microfiber is that its single-filament linear density is much lower than that of conventional ordinary fibers, with the finest reaching 0.0001 dtex. Due to this remarkable feature of microfiber, it has many properties that are different from ordinary fibers, mainly in the following aspects:

(1) Soft, delicate and flexible feel

(2) Good wrinkle resistance and wear resistance

(3) Good fluffiness and soft luster

(4) High-density structure and high cleaning ability of the fabric

(5) Good warmth retention

(6) High water and oil absorption

(7) A good carrier for biological enzymes and ion exchange agents
